William Henry Knife B10 Lancet CORSICA: Fossil Brain Coral, Ruby, & Skulls 50/50

Description

This magnificent William Henry B10 Lancet Corsica knife is the
50th in a set of 50. It is the last of a very limited edition series.
This set was produced on March 27, 2012 and it’s beautiful stainless Damascus blade features the “
Jet Stream
” pattern.
The master bladesmith,
Chad Nichols
, brought a variety of pieces together to make this picturesque William Henry. He hand-carved sterling silver for the frame and, his mind must have been placed in a perfectly artistic gear. He decided to go with the wavy sun raised high closer toward the blade and the skulls set closer to the fossilized scales.
The majestic blue and white
fossilized brain coral that geologists would date to up to 110,000 years old
is only a quarter of this masterpiece!
The sterling silver skull on either side, the fossil inlay, the Jet Stream Damascus blade, and then Chad Nichols put in a splash of color.
He chose rubies
. Two rubies are placed as the thumb and button locations. On the backside of the knife, one of the gems is circled by an 18k gold bezel. That bright red is magnified against the silver and the coral’s natural colors. Together all of these puzzle slices create a knife that is incomparable.

The accompanying clip case is made out of fine lined leather. The Corsica’s attached lanyard is also made of braided leather, a sterling silver bolo, and stainless steel beads at the very end.
The display box is one of the older versions with the William Henry logo carved on the lid. The top part of the logo says “William Henry” and the bottom part reads “Limited Edition”. *There is a picture of box’s log attached. The brown display box and tray insert are in great shape. They do have a small amount of expected fray from age.
The knife has never been carried or sharpened. It is as pristine
as the day it was released
