For auction is a booklet entitled "China Offensive". As the war in Europe was coming to an end, the effort of US and Chinese forces accelerated to defeat Japan. Japan at one time occupied the eastern 1/3 of China and controlled all ports and railroads. While the Chinese forces performed badly overall, the Japanese military was hindered by supply problems and US air raids. Included is a discussion of the "Chihchiang Campaign". . The publications are
well-illustrated with multiple color maps of the battlefields

routes of advance by the troops

Each booklet measures appx 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches closed, 11 x 8 1/2 inches opened, and is printed on a high-quality semi-glossy paperstock. All are
