    This rare 1917 "Rigby's Rough Havanas" paper label rectangular 25 cigar tin, measuring 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 3 1/2", is in excellent condition.  The label has very minor age related wear.  The tax stamp is nearly complete.  The cigars were manufactured by the Rigby Cigar Company, Mansfield, OH. in Factory 854, 18th District, OH.
    The colorful front label contains pink roses and golden ribbons, while the other sides are blue and are inscribed with the words "Rough Havanas" as well as the company's motto "Nothing but Quality".
