Description
The Papua New Guinea 10 Kina banknote is part of the 1988-98 issues. It is blue in color and measures 150 x 75 mm. The obverse side shows the coat of arms with bird of paradise perched on Kundu drum and ceremonial spear, and the National Parliament building in Port Moresby. The reverse side features a tami bowl, a bird of paradise skin, a Tambu shell money from New Britain, boar tusks from the Highlands, and tapa cloth patterns. This banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with a bank logo design.
