Unwanted items can be returned within 60 days of receipt, subject to them being in their original condition.
After our provided returns period we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty.
For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn / unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
All Returns must be requested through the eBay Portal.
Please also ensure that you fill out and include the Mountain Warehouse returns form that came with your parcel.
We recommend you keep hold of you return postage receipt as this will have tracking information for the return.
