Custom vintage folding knife.very large...marked Happy Jack...Chuck Garlits is the custom maker who designed and built this knife in 1989... serial # 003...may have been a proto type ?unique locking method..unscrew the fluted round button to  open or close and tighten to lock in that position.. zero wobble when locked....all stainless steel construction with white micarta handles...Excellent condition.
