    Description

The Fiji 5 Dollar banknote that features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth was issued in 2007 with a size of 151 x 67 mm in dimension. A Kato ni Masima salt basket, a domodomo registration device, and the Coat of Arms of Fiji is printed in front of the note. On the reverse are a Masiratu flower, a balaka palm tree, and a Fijian crested iguana, and the Bank of Fiji logo. The banknote is equipped with a 3-mm windowed security thread with demetalized RBF and domodomo. Placing the banknote under the UV light would reflect a Fijian head watermark, electrotype 20, and visible Cornerstones.
