    Description

    This 2 Fijian dollar was introduced by the Central Monetary Authority (CMA) of Fiji in 1974 and signed by CMA Chairman David John Barnes and General Manager Ian Alexander Craik. It is in about uncirculated condition. Its obverse side features the national emblem with the FIJI banner at the top, and Her Majesty the Queen wearing the regalia of the Order of the Garter. The reverse side features the denomination in the center with a rosette and geometric patterns in the background. The banknote is 159 x 76 mm in size and is equipped with a solid security thread and a Fijian head watermark to enhance its security features.
