This pin was distributed to Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort starting March 19th, 2003. The pin is of a Mickey Head American Flag Icon. The ears are blue with white stars and the "face" of the pin is the red and white stripes. The pin was given with a piece of paper that listed the rules associated with the pin. Only one pin per Cast Member is given. Back just reads "Copyright Disney, Cast Member Exclusive, China" This silver-finished, waffle textured-back pin measures 7/8" tall by 1" wide
