    Description

    Presented is a delightful antique cameo brooch, made from glass or stone. It is in a gilded brass bezel setting.
    The cameo is in a Greco-Roman style. Leaves and beads adorn her wavy her. The lady faces our right.

    The brooch has a good pin and a hook clasp which will hold firmly.
    The cameo is slightly marred in a small area by the bezel setting, near the back of her neck. There are several little “flea bite” chips around the piece by the bezel setting. Otherwise, this piece is in excellent condition, and is a great example of a Victorian cameo, having a lot of fine detailing to it.
