    Description

CONFEDERATE INFANTRY HORN INSIGNIAL, GORDONS HILL, APPOMATTOX, APRIL 9,1865
This Confederate infantry horn kepi insignia was found what is known by locals as Gordon’s Hill in Appomattox, Virginia in 1933
    by a local historian.
He found several cannon balls & other relics on the ground & this insignia.
He went home and got a shovel then went back to Gordon’s Hill where he found a lot of relics from cannonballs to insignias.
This infantry horn insignia is in good condition & still has the wire attachments on the back.
It comes with a certificate of authenticity & a family letter from the historian’s family from whom I bought it.
