This is a 2017 Alaska Artistic license plate (never mounted on vehicle) with the NORTHERN LIGHTS .It is the 2nd release of the plate - the 2nd release was a lighter background because the black letters & numbers were hard to see because of the darker background. It has never been mounted on a vehicle . Also the 2016 Kodiak Bear plate & the 2015 Alaska Flag plate. Add just .50 for each additional plate won for postage. Thank you and have a great day.
